Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of the skin. The combination of vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B2, selenium, and zinc forms a powerful antioxidant team that can protect your cells from oxidative stress and the resulting cell damage. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) and niacinamide (vitamin B3) contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) regulates your hormone balance.
Since vitamin B12 in particular can promote acne, we have deliberately omitted it from our Nutrient Complex Skin.
The versatile trace element zinc nourishes your skin and supports a balanced acid-base metabolism. It also plays a key role in cell division and is involved in maintaining normal hormone balance (testosterone). In addition to selected vitamins and trace elements, our Skin Nutrient Complex with OPC from organic grape seed extract provides you with additional important secondary plant substances every day.
With our Nutrient Complex Skin you have a powerful tool that makes you shine from within every day.
Application
It's best to take one capsule with a glass of water in the morning and evening with meals. For optimal bioavailability of fat-soluble vitamins A and E, make sure your meal contains some fat, such as olive oil.
NB
If you are taking any medications at the same time, consult your doctor about possible interactions. Vitamin A and niacinamide (vitamin B3) should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
If you are taking other nutritional supplements containing vitamin A, vitamin E and/or Niacinamide (vitamin B3) at the same time, make sure you do not exceed the RDA (recommended daily allowance).
Men aged 55 and older should be aware that excessive vitamin E supplementation may increase the risk of prostate cancer.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage and always keep nutritional supplements out of the reach of children.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
