What are the costs of shipping?

  • Shipping is free from €39.
  • Below this amount it is €6.75 per shipment.

Choosing between shipping or collection?

  • At the end of your order you can choose between " Send " or " Pick up ".

  • Click send : enter your address and click continue.
  • Click on retrieve :
    Here you will immediately receive the address where your package will be ready.
    Once the package has been made, you will receive a message and we will agree on a time when you can pick it up.
    This will be the same day or a day later depending on the time of order.

What is the delivery time?

  • Orders will be shipped the day after ordering.
  • Shipments have a delivery time of 2-3 business days if there are no strikes anywhere
    For deliveries to the Netherlands it can take 3-5 working days, even here if there are no strikes anywhere.

  • In-store pickup is possible the same day if the order is placed before 8 PM. Please text me to let me know it's ready.

Problem with the order

  • Because the store is run entirely by one person (me ;) ), things can occasionally go wrong. For example, a product might be out of stock even though it's still listed in the webshop. This is because there isn't yet an automated system for immediately removing products sold in-store from stock.
  • When this happens, you'll get many times the value in return. So rest assured you'll always get value for your money, and sometimes even much more!

Gift packaging

  • Putting together a gift? It's especially nice gift-wrapped.
    At the end of your order, please indicate in the notes that you would like your order to be packed and I will take care of the rest.

  • Would you like to give a treatment as a gift?
    Be sure to check out our price list first. Once you've decided which treatment you'd like, you can order the necessary gift certificates based on that treatment.

    At the end of your order, please enter the desired treatment in the notes and I will fill in the treatment on the gift voucher instead of the amount.

  • Do you want to give a specific amount as a gift?
    No problem, just take the coupons you need and I'll write down the amount on the coupon. You'll also receive a unique code that the lucky recipient can use to place an order online!

  • Need a last-minute gift card? No problem. You can access our e-vouchers via this link . It'll arrive automatically in your inbox after checkout. This way, you can print it quickly and still not arrive empty-handed.

  • Appointments can always be made online via our website .
  • Then click on the "Make an appointment" button or first take a look at our list of treatments.

How do I decide which products are right for me?

  • You can always do this by following ourcategories . Click on products and go to skincare. Everything is categorized by skin type.
