The ideal morning routine

In this blog post we focus on the ideal morning routine.
The best way to care for your skin is a step-by-step process. We've summarized the steps here.

Step 1:
First, take 10 cents (yes, so little!) of your cleanser and wet your other hand. Rub both hands together. This will spread the cleanser evenly over your hands, and if you have a foaming cleanser, this will also be done.

Then wash your face for about 60 seconds.

Then rinse your face with lukewarm water. Use a soft cloth or washcloth.

Step 2:
Do this step once or twice a week, depending on your skin's needs. Use a pea-sized scrub. If you have an enzymatic scrub, apply it to your face for a few minutes and then rinse. If you have a mechanical scrub, massage it into your skin and rinse thoroughly. Try to glide your hands over your skin instead of pressing. This will prevent irritation.

Step 3:
You should also do this step once or twice a week, depending on your skin's needs. Take a small amount of mask. Apply it in a thin layer to your face and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Your skin doesn't need to be white from the mask. If you have a little on your face, it's sufficient. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water afterwards.

Step 4:
Spray your toner on  Take a ( reusable !) cotton pad and rub it over your face. Then gently tap it over your skin to ensure the toner is fully absorbed.

Step 5:
Optionally, do this in the morning. Especially in the evening! Take a pea-sized amount of your serum and massage it into your skin.

Step 6:
Take a little bit of eye cream (really only the size of a pinhead!).
Apply the eye cream to your middle and index fingers and tap in around the eyes.

Step 7:
Finally, take a pea-sized amount of day cream and massage it into your face. Don't forget your neck!
